Music Videos Over the Summer

This summer I was lucky enough to meet a talented musician and rapper named ShonGodi(https://soundcloud.com/shongodinj), who needed some music videos made.  My partner Alex Claas and I have made a handfull of videos for him and are making videos for other artists in the Paterson, Newark area.

Projected Set Project:

Overview:

Creating movies and commercials is a lengthy expensive process that is constantly changing to streamline the process. With this project the industry can make a change that allows for more efficient and interactive results that cost less when done correctly. Using projectors we think it is possible to create a more immersive movie set and cut down on the turn around time.

Inspiration: (Introvision) Projected sets have been used in movies such as:

The Fugitive (1993)                 Rambo II (1988)                             Outland (1981)

Projected Set: Final Comp from Daniel Pise on Vimeo.

I learned a lot throughout this process and how projected sets should be implemented.  Running into some technical issues that I now know how to plan for has inspired me to do this again to really push the limits of current technology.

Grim Slog:

This project we where asked to create someone who we think is lazy and a pain but knows all and has a lot of power.   I didn't quite get the hair on in time
